How to Use:

  • Start with dry, detangled hair. Section hair and choose the right heat setting for your hair type.
  • Insert the ends of a 1 - 2" section into the clip. For best results, position hair in the upper half of the clip.
  • Slide the AutoTwist switch to the left or right to guide the barrel rotation toward or away from your face. Hold the switch until hair is fully wrapped around the barrel, then release the switch to activate the timer.
  • Hold the iron in place until the timer signals, then open the clamp and release the curl. Press the Home button to reset the barrel and start again.

Care Instructions:

A damp cloth may be used to wipe the exterior clean.

Caution:

  • Do not wrap the power cord around the curling iron as this may damage the electrical wiring.

For orders purchased during this event, we will honor an extended returns timeframe, offering a full refund through January 31, 2026. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification via email when your return has been processed. Once processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to apply to your original form of payment. 

How do I ship my return?

You have two options:

UPS Label: Use a UPS label provided by T3. A fee of $13.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Own Shipping Method: Ship with your own carrier at your own cost. Keep tracking information for your records.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

How long does it take to process a return?

After we receive your returned item, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to inspect and process the return. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Can I exchange an item?
